Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale items or items purchased with discount codes are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Contact our customer service team at returns@lanae.shop to initiate your return. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Prepare Your Package
    Once your return is approved, carefully package your items, including the original packaging if possible. Be sure to include any additional documentation provided by our support team.
  3. Shipping
    Ship your package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the item shows signs of wear, or if tags are missing, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Accessories and jewelry for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
