Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Timing: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order will be processed and shipped.

After the Cancellation Window

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, you may follow our Returns Policy to return the item once it has arrived.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • Orders canceled within the 2-hour window will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation and refund details.

Exceptions

  • Pre-Order Items: Some items available on a pre-order basis may have unique cancellation terms. Please review the product description for any special cancellation policies that may apply.
  • Final Sale Items: Orders containing final sale items cannot be canceled, as these items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
